For the 2nd year in a row, Cosmo DeNicola Companies will be taking part in the 2018 ATS international Conference. The 2018 Conference, which is taking place in San Diego, California, caters to Clinicians, researchers, and related health care professionals to learn about groundbreaking research, experience hands-on training,  and explore the latest products and services available. 

During the International Scholars Poster colloquium and discussion sessions, CDC Chairman Cosmo DeNicola will be presenting the Cosmo DeNicola Companies Scholarships, which are junior faculty awards for applicants with outstanding contributions to basic and translational science in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). scholarships to a scientist, to help recognize their work and studies. 

Last year's recipients were Ndukwu Chizalu, MBBS and Annia Cherrez, MD. Both recipients were honored for their studies on Knowledge and Compliance on Inhalers, and Social Media Preference for COPD.
