PHILADELPHIA – Ernst & Young has bought LogiStar Solutions, a fast-growing provider of SAP supply chain implementation as it continues to expand its re-entry into the consulting world. EY did not disclose financial terms of the transaction.
LogiStar Solutions in Ft. Washington was formed in August 2011 by Cosmo DeNicola and technology entrepreneur David Gulian. When reached for comment, EY had little to say about the transaction save for confirming that LogiStar’s employees will be integrated into existing EY locations. Gulian said LogiStar has 65 employees but not all are based in its Ft. Washington headquarters.
The company’s revenue growth has been significant, starting with $2.8 million in five months of 2011, $11 million in 2012, $20 million in 2013 and a projected $26 million in 2014
