Humpty Dumpty Institute to Help Bring U.S. Higher Education to China

U.S. Universities to partner with Perfect World Co., Ltd.'s new Digital Learning Center

New York - Cosmo DeNicola is pleased to share that Humpty Dumpty Institute ("Humpty Dumpty"), a New-York based non-profit organization, today announced a first of its kind partnership with Perfect World Co., Ltd. ("Perfect World"), a leading online game developer and operator based in China, to bring U.S. higher education to China. In connection with this partnership, Humpty Dumpty and Perfect World will pair U.S. universities with a new digital learning center built by Perfect World in China to enhance the study of digital art, literature, music and fine art and other similar areas, promote industrial and technological innovation in digital entertainment, and encourage global cultural and digital exchanges. Two officers of Perfect World, Robert Xiao, Chief Executive Officer of Perfect World and Ruby Wang, Senior Vice President of the company, have joined Humpty Dumpty’s board of directors. A strategic cooperation agreement with a term of five years was signed between Perfect World and Humpty Dumpty at a special signing ceremony in Washington D.C. on December 17, 2014.

As part of this partnership, Perfect World will also represent Humpty Dumpty’s Higher Education Alliance ("HEA") program in China and will recruit Chinese universities and students to become a part of the Alliance. HEA helps create the next generation of global leaders by connecting institutions of higher education with the United Nations. HEA provides a comprehensive range of resources and opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience working with the United Nations and in global affairs. HEA also assists universities and students to interact on a deep level with the United Nations and its specialized agencies.
