Q&A
My girlfriend (now wife of 41 years) and I decided to get married when I was 19 and a sophomore at Temple University. Since I was going to be a “married man,” I needed a real job. I found a packaging company in my neighborhood in Northeast Philly that needed a junior accountant. My career kicked off at that plant in 1974 and led me to start my own software and technology company in 1981 focused on the packaging industry.
