CDC Exits Talent Management To Focus On AVOD

 

Fort Washington, PA - CDC Chairman Cosmo DeNicola today announced the sale of his interest in MKSD to his partner Jeff Mitchell. Roco Entertainment LLC t/a MKSD was formed in March of 2011 as a collaboration of JMR Ventures, Jeff Mitchell and Cosmo DeNicola. The firm has its roots dating back 35 years. Jeff Mitchell, the founder of J. Mitchell Management, a television and theatrical talent management firm based in New York, partnered with Cosmo DeNicola, to form the new venture, Mitchell, Koseff, Schuster & DeNicola (MKSD).

 

Notable past and present clients include James Gandolfini ("The Sopranos"); Robert Iler ("The Sopranos"); Molly Shannon ("Saturday Night Live"); Grammy nominated recording artist Tristan/Mack Wilds ("90210" , "The Wire" and Red Tails) and Emma Kenney (Showtime's "Shameless"). The firm also represents Tony award Winner Nikki M. James, one of the stars of the Broadway smash hit musical "The Book of Mormon”.

 

“It has been an amazing experience meeting and engaging with our clients, attending Premieres and driving our firms bicoastal expansion”, stated Cosmo. The move to divest was driven by CDC’s portfolio’s focus on the AVOD side of the Entertainment Industry and Cosmo’s growing involvement with his other portfolio Companies.
