Futura Mobility, LLC Chairwoman, Janet DeNicola, announces sale of ownership to Futura Mobility, LLCs current CEO David Gulian and Renovus Capital Partners.

“It’s hard to believe that 11 years have gone by since we spun off our healthcare technology support group from Futura Services to create Futura Healthcare Technology.  In 2011, we renamed and rebranded the company to Futura Mobility, LLC which reflected our diversification into Enterprise Mobility as we aided over 40% of the US hospitals (2000+) and many large, global enterprises.”, stated owner, Janet.

Recently, Futura Mobility watched with pride as its teams were instrumental in helping the healthcare industry respond to service and equipment needs due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Some of their teams were even onsite working side-by-side with frontline healthcare heroes enabling them to provide caring, quality patient care.

Janet knew that Futura Mobility has great potential in many areas and for it to reach its full potential, she decided it was time to transition its ownership to a private equity firm that could finance its future strategic growth initiatives.

Today, Janet is pleased to announce that the sale of Futura Mobility, LLC has been successfully finalized.  Futura Mobility’s current CEO, David Gulian, will remain in his role as CEO and majority owner in partnership with Renovus Capital Partners, a Pennsylvania-based private equity firm focused on providing capital and strategic assistance. Renovus Capital Partners has over fifty years of combined industry experience investing in its core industries and has helped more than 25 companies grow and meet their goals working in all segments of the education, healthcare services, and technology services industries.

Janet, together with her husband and business partner, Cosmo, own and manage a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning the healthcare, technology, publishing, professional sports, and entertainment industries.
