Cosmo DeNicola Joins Rome Italy’s Temple Board of Visitors
On September 24, 2024, Cosmo DeNicola of Philadelphia was appointed to the Board of Visitors (BOV) for Temple University Rome.
The Board of Visitors (BOV) is an appointed advisory board providing strategic counsel to the Dean of Temple Rome in key areas of operation, planning, finances and advancement, research and curricular priorities and innovations, and other areas. The Board is composed of Temple Rome alumni and friends who bring global leadership skills and experience in a wide array of areas, including the arts, education, business and industry, and philanthropy.

For almost 60 years, Temple University Rome has been one of the oldest and most prestigious US university programs in Italy, Temple University Rome prepares students to become global citizens by equipping them with enhanced cross-cultural, linguistic, analytic, and problem-solving skills. DeNicola graduated with a BBA degree from Temple University in 1976. After graduation Cosmo stayed connected to the University as a speaker to the Entrepreneurial Program, Fox 100 Honoree, Family Scholarships and 2012 Commencement Speech to the Fox Tourism and Hospitality Graduates.
Cosmo’s interest will center around his vision of the University’s role in education, culture, philanthropy and heritage.
