CD companies Chairman Cosmo DeNicola was interviewed by on-air hosts Kelly Meerbott and Jeff Mack on the Executive Leaders radio show that is broadcast on ninety-one radio stations to over 7 million listeners. The show is the 1# business radio show from Philadelphia to Washington DC. The purpose of the radio show is to highlight entrepreneurs while focusing on their human side. It ties their success to passion, pride and hard work.
The listeners were keenly interested in Cosmo’s story. Co-hosts Kelly and Jeff are seasoned business people who knew how to bring out Cosmo’s most personal of details and relate it to his growth as a person and successful entrepreneur.
Cosmo walked Kelly through his humble upbringing and college education at Temple University (note: he delivered the Commencement speech at Temple Fox School of Business in 2012) up to the creation of his portfolio of national operating businesses and investments.
“I love telling my story, how I did it, sacrifices made, people who inspired me along the way,” stated Cosmo. “Entrepreneurship gave me an outlet to create and diversify. Hopefully I’ll motivate someone to push themselves!”
Kelly was impressed with Cosmo’s range of companies that include Technology, Healthcare, Professional Sports and Hollywood Talent Management.
“There's a saying: "Still waters run deep" for me, those words embody Cosmo DeNicola. Is he a powerful business creator? Yes, absolutely! However, that is only what resides on the surface. There is so much more to this inspiring human(e) being than his successful business portfolio,” states Kelly.
Kelly also adds, “What struck a deep chord in me within minutes of meeting Cosmo was his introspection of himself, his deep commitment to philanthropy & his bottomless love of family. Cosmo will say that for the first 50 years of his life, he was a boring person. It takes a courageous person to take a hard look at themselves, come to terms with their short-comings and then commit to change the parts they don't like. It takes a fearless person to implement those changes. I look forward to experiencing what he has to offer the world in the second half of his life.” -Kelly Meerbott.
